<p>Elbit Systems is looking for a Program Manager in the Fixed Wing domain, to join the Aircraft Division site in Haifa</p> <p>Main Responsibilities</p> <p>Manage production and support programs for an American customer</p> <p>Lead and control all work processes and interfaces across the organization, representing Elbit to the customer (including OEMs, partners, subsidiaries, and end users)</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Engineering - Mandatory; MBA - Advantage</p> <p>At least 5 years of experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary projects in Israel, the U.S., or Europe</p> <p>Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a matrix environment, working with subcontractors and suppliers</p> <p>Experience in business operations and decision-making with suppliers, partners, and subsidiaries - focus on U.S. market</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal communication skills and teamwork ability</p> <p>Experience and familiarity with production and delivery processes, with strong orientation toward meeting program goals</p> <p>Independent learning ability, analytical thinking, review and lessons learned implementation skills</p> <p>Financial knowledge and orientation toward achieving performance targets</p> <p>Willingness to work non-standard hours aligned with customer time zones and to travel abroad</p> <p>High-level English proficiency (written and verbal)</p> <p>Familiarity with Head Systems technologies - Advantage</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
