<p>In-House Marketing Specialist</p> <p>As an In-House Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in pre-qualifying and scheduling prospective guests and current owners for meetings with our sales representatives for vacation ownership presentations at our resorts.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a positive, professional brand ambassador, representing Hilton Grand Vacations. </li><li>Act as a concierge, offering local information to enhance the guest experience. </li><li>Collaborate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of incoming guests. </li><li>Greet and present prospective customers, incentivizing them to attend a sales preview tour. </li><li>Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines. </li><li>Schedule sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Greet and present to prospective customers, incentivizing them to attend a sales presentation in line with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements, while meeting performance goals. </li><li>Attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings, stay up-to-date on marketing materials, industry trends, and review performance goals regularly. </li><li>Sales or marketing experience is preferred but not required.
