<p>Job Description</p> <p>Description</p> <p>SAIC is seeking a motivated and organizational-minded Program Analyst to play an integral role in our expanding Program Management Organization.</p> <p>This individual will be required to develop and manage distribution and tracking of project management support documentation, attend meetings, accurately manage project archives and develop various reports and presentations as needed. Individual will require successful attainment of a government clearance. Individual must possess strong attention to detail as well as computer, problem solving, research, and communication skills.</p> <p>Location: Work is performed on site but allows for some remote/work at home. The on-site work is at 28 Jacome Way, Middletown, RI, and/or the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport.</p> <p>Work Schedules: Flexible work schedule options are also available. If desired, employees may partake in SAIC's 9/80 schedule to have every other Friday off or a 4/10 schedule if desired not to interfere with primary job duties.</p> <p>Growth: Our management team is focused on enabling our engineers to succeed and achieve long term career goals and promoting leaders from within our programs. We have multiple long-term programs within the local area, and are continuously pursuing similar expansions in the future.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Develop, review, and/or format Microsoft Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations and other documents to support government contract deliverables. </li><li>Prepare and place orders for procurement, communicate with vendors and SAIC logistics, and create tracking for procurement and inventory. </li><li>Manage, develop, and track project status, budgets, and schedules. </li><li>Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving. </li><li>Take and distribute meeting minutes. </li><li>Track and monitor new and ongoing program activities. </li><li>Work with staff from different disciplines, including management, engineering, procurement, logistics, and production to complete tasks. </li><li>Research historical project data, regulations, requirements, processes, and policies and summarize findings. </li></ul> <p>View additional RI Undersea Warfare jobs here: https://jobs.saic.com/pages/navy-undersea-warfare</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business (or other organization/technical field) and zero (0) years of experience; years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. </li><li>DoD Experience. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Desire to be part of a well-established but expanding team that values and rewards quick learning, proactivity and Team-First mindsets. </li><li>MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. </li></ul> <p>Clearance Requirement:</p> <ul> <li>Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
