<p>Location: Waukesha, WI (Onsite only)</p> <p>Pay Range - $39 - $42</p> <p>Introduction:</p> <p>The team developing industry leading X-ray tubes for clinical applications is looking for highly motivated Mechanical Engineers to join them to enhance the quality & performance of X-ray tubes.</p> <p>Mechanical Engineer will be working on fixture design and testing of X-ray tube sub-assemblies to enhance robustness and performance.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Mechanical design utilizing Creo / Windchill. </li><li>Simulation / analysis (Creo / Ansys FEA, stack up analysis) and testing in the lab. </li><li>Design optimization & improvement for reducing cost, increasing yield and enhancing performance & reliability. </li><li>Engineering Change control </li><li>Rapid prototyping </li><li>Design verification. Experience in Medical systems / Mechanical engineering industry </li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms </li><li>Demonstrated analytical ability and technical competency in Hardware engineering areas </li><li>Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and in teams </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills </li></ul> <p>Tools/Technologies</p> <ul> <li>Experience with 3D CAD System, CREO/Windchill </li><li>Familiarity with engineering analysis & simulation tools like Ansys </li><li>Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (with a focus on hardware) </li></ul>
