<p>KI's Manufacturing plant in Bonduel has an opening on our first shift in our Upholstery Department for a Sewing Technician. Starting wage is $19.00 and you will receive a $.50 increase after 6 months.</p> <p>Technician will be responsible to join, topstitch, and c-jex material for all multi-functional chair and stool lines with quality output. Employees must be able to complete the rotation between both sewing and working the c-jex machines. Use of hands is continuous during the entire shift. The technician should be able to trouble shoot problems with sewing machinery, rethread machines, wind bobbins and adjust edge guides.</p> <p>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and the ability to stand 8-10 hours a day. Must have good eye/hand coordination. Basic computer skills are desired. Must have attention to detail to provide good quality products. Ability to read a tape measure up to 1/32". Frequent sitting, bending and standing is required.</p> <p>KI is employee owned and is growing!
