<p>About this role:</p> <p>The Manager, Agreement Support Team is a new role responsible for providing daily oversight of the newly combined Negotiation Support Team and Agreement Review and Digitization Team to ensure efficiency and a high-quality work product. In addition, the manager is responsible for helping to drive process and system improvements for the entire Negotiation Team including defining requirements and driving process re-engineering.</p> <p>This role is tasked with identifying synergies across the Agreement Support Team, enhancing processes, and building a more integrated and effective support function for the Markets Negotiation Team. This role requires strategic leadership, process optimization, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive efficiencies and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.</p> <p>The Agreement Support Team provides essential support for the Markets Negotiation Team, which is responsible for negotiating a wide variety of trading agreements for the Markets Division. The responsibilities of the team include tracking of various legal agreements and associated approvals, reviewing the accuracy of digitized agreement terms, working on time sensitive requests that may require research and prompt resolution, and assisting with review and processing of netting determinations, post-execution support including quality assurance reviews of executed documentation and reviewing and/or digitizing agreement terms for certain Qualified Financial Contracts.</p> <p>The manager will also be responsible for managing and expanding the use of document generation technology, netting workflow enhancements, term extraction solutions, and document approval workflows.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the combined organization on a day-to-day basis, providing leadership and oversight to Agreement Support team professionals </li><li>Train team in new processes and procedures as well as onboard and develop new team members </li><li>Act as escalation point for Markets Negotiation Team to facilitate resolution of matters while ensuring a high-quality, consistent work product. </li><li>Review and monitor work queues to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are within acceptable metrics. </li><li>Identify and drive enhancements to processes, procedures and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce risk and maintain quality standards. </li><li>Play a primary role in internal audit reviews of processes and controls. </li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability and professional growth. </li><li>Support change management initiatives by helping the team adapt to new technologies. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education </li><li>3+ years Management or leadership experience </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3+ years experience negotiating ISDAs or other trading documentation, financial markets, and related regulatory requirements. </li><li>3+ years experience managing and training team members across multiple locations. </li><li>Experience using workflow management tools, data analytics and automation solutions to optimize processes. </li><li>Strong understanding of KPIs and proven ability to train team members on best practices for proactively managing KPI queues. </li><li>Experience implementing end-to-end technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency and quality control. </li><li>Strong ability to collaborate across departments to gather requirements, align priorities and build successful relationships. </li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to team members with varying levels of experience. </li><li>Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy and effective organizational skills particularly in reviewing and assessing legal documentation. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
