<p>Description</p> <p>As an RV Sales Representative for Transwest Truck Trailer RV, you will facilitate the marketing and sales of new high-end motor coaches and procure motor home sales. The RV Sales rep must be willing to travel to trade shows and represent all lines sold by Transwest. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.</p> <p>WE OFFER A FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE FOR BENEFITS ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance </li><li>Life (Voluntary and Employer Paid) and Disability Insurance </li><li>401(K) with company match beginning with your first contribution. </li><li>HSA and/or FSA, as applicable </li><li>Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Company Paid Holidays </li><li>Employee Car Discount Program </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain relationships with customers. </li><li>Sell new and pre-owned RV's. </li><li>Maintain strong knowledge base of all new makes and models. </li><li>Complete all required product training. </li><li>Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.). </li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and attitude. </li><li>Attend trade shows and other events as needed. </li><li>Manage a customer database (Salesforce). </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Managers. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Perform ride alongs with potential buyers </li><li>Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time </li><li>Climbing in and out of vehicles </li><li>Occasional stooping and bending </li><li>Ability to lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs. </li><li>Normal range of hearing and vision. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing. </li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills. </li><li>Excellent follow-through skills. </li><li>Professional, responsible and customer oriented at all times. </li><li>Ability to maintain a CDL within 90 days of employment (Heavy duty trucks and RVs only) </li><li>Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening. </li></ul> <p>JOB DETAILS:</p> <ul> <li>Type: Commission </li><li>Compensation Range: $60,000 - $120,000 </li><li>Reports To: General Manager and Sales Manager </li><li>Closing Date: Open until filled </li></ul> <p>#TW</p>
