You will gain professional experience and be a part of a incredible team.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Provide support to account managers </li><li>Search for and qualify new leads </li><li>Recruit, develop and qualify partner carriers </li><li>Maintain and update database of carriers and accounts </li><li>Communicate requirements with carriers </li><li>Assist in entering loads </li><li>Match carriers to loads using carrier networks </li><li>Assist in and perform sales calls </li><li>Negotiate pricing with carriers </li><li>Coordinate load dispatch and monitor progress </li><li>Set up new accounts </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Junior or senior level college status with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in a team oriented environment, make good decisions, and problem solve. Must possess the ability and desire to learn new programs.</p> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Two or more years of sales, customer service, or administrative experience</p> <p>SPECIAL TRAINING: Ability to use Microsoft Office software applications, utilize a Logistics Operations System, CRM Tool & navigate the Windows XP Operating System</p>
