We have a spot for you on our Homemakers & Health Services team in the Manchester, NH Area!</p> <p>When you join our dedicated staff of in-home caregivers, each day is a new opportunity to bring comfort and joy into the lives of seniors, individuals with mobility or sensory impairments, or adults transitioning back into their homes from the hospital.</p> <p>We are seeking a Per Diem, Personal Care Service Provider (PCSP) to assist individuals in our Homemakers & Health Services program with personal care, bathing, mobility and transfer assistance.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide protective oversight for assigned individual.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide assistance with core household maintenance tasks including but not limited to; light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, maintaining a safe home environment, shopping for groceries and other errands, as well as reminders and simple assistance for daily activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide assistance with personal care and bathing as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Follow care plan</p> </li><li> <p>Encourage consumer toward self-reliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate regularly with supervisor; attending supervisory meeting as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate ability to receive supervision from multiple supervisors and when appropriate to cooperate with the consumer, primary caregiver and family.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand and respect the confidentiality of the consumer and family and maintain standards of professionalism at all times.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow protocols and procedures for emergencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete necessary paperwork and documents as required</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum eighteen (18) years of age</p> </li><li> <p>Six (6) months experience working as a caregiver or PCSP preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Able to work independently to meet the physical, emotional and intellectual needs of adults</p> </li><li> <p>Able to work flexible, varied hours in multiple locations</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation: $20.00 hourly</p> <p>Hours: Per Diem, Flexible Hours</p> <p>We are proud to be a recovery-friendly workplace and a NH Veteran-Friendly Business.</p> <p>To apply, please submit your application using the blue "Apply Now" button.
