<p>Job Description Summary</p> <p>The Employee Relations & Retention Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to University employees and leaders by providing coaching and support in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, team dynamics and communications, people-centered change management, and all manner of State, Federal and University laws, policies, and practices.
