<p>Job Title: Human Resources Generalist (60% Recruiting)</p> <p>Location: 752 Kasota Circle SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414</p> <p>Department: Human Resources</p> <p>Reports To: HR Director</p> <p>Position Type: Full-time on-site</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruiting to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, as well as providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a mix of hands-on recruiting and strategic HR responsibilities.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Recruiting (60% of Role)</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. </li><li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. </li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for warehouse, production, transportation, sales, and administration roles. </li><li>Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, and networking to source candidates. </li><li>Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates. </li><li>Facilitate and participate in the onboarding process to ensure effective integration of new hires. </li></ul> <p>General HR Support (40% of Role)</p> <ul> <li>Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. </li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and policies that support organizational goals. </li><li>Participate in performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluation, and employee development. </li><li>Collaborate in the development and execution of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career advancement. </li><li>Support compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that HR practices are consistent with legal requirements. </li><li>Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements in HR practices and processes. </li><li>Support team with payroll, leave processes and workers compensation claims. </li><li>Assist with safety, training, and compliance initiatives. </li><li>Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention efforts. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field, or 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience, HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred. </li><li>Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or produce/agriculture a plus. </li><li>Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing strategies. </li><li>Experience in full-cycle recruiting across various levels and functions, entry to professional level. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. </li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. </li><li>Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary </li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Company paid STD & LTD insurance </li><li>Retirement savings plan with company match up to 4% with immediate vesting </li><li>Professional development and training opportunities </li><li>Positive and inclusive work culture </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
