<p>$15.00/hr</p> <p>Part time Saturday and Sunday (Weekend) 6PM - 11PM</p> <p>SUMMARY:</p> <p>This position will perform Custodial work. The Day Porter will clean all areas of the facility (Per industry standards, approximately 4,500 - 5,000 sq ft will need to be cleaned within 1 hour - this will vary by location) by performing the following duties:</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner in order to reflect the highest integrity of the Company. </li><li>Performs routine cleaning of office areas, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, and all other areas in a clean, neat and sanitary manner. </li><li>Mops and sweeps as needed. </li><li>Vacuums carpets at designated areas such as break rooms, elevators, offices, escalators, and stairs. </li><li>Cleans and dusts furniture, exhibit cases, fixtures, windows, doors, trim, and related furnishings as requested by the supervisor. Uses safety pole for high dusting. </li><li>Empties waste paper baskets; collects, bags, and disposes of paper and debris as directed; collects and places in containers garbage, broken glass, and litter. Removes trash to appropriate refuse container. </li><li>Replenishes rest room supplies. Cleans, disinfects, and services lavatories, locker rooms, and rest rooms. Cleans all fixtures daily. </li><li>Maintains high quality service standards when performing job duties. </li><li>Completes own work with normal supervision. </li><li>Performs related work as directed. </li><li>Ensures cleaning carts are not left unattended and custodial closet remains locked at all times. Keeps hallways and pathways clear of debris, cleaning equipment and tools. </li><li>Reports to work on time and dressed in company uniform to also include employee badge and black safety shoes. </li><li>Identifies and reports safety hazards to supervisor. </li><li>Follows safety procedures which include the correct use of PPE and other Safety requirements based on the job. Responsible for cleaning all bio-waste using these procedures. </li><li>Reports structural concerns to Manager immediately. </li><li>Completes additional duties as assigned. </li></ul>
