Must be comfortable working PST hours/schedule. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Take direction from Manager, Broker's Assistants, and assist designated Lead Broker(s) in all aspects, back up Broker's assistants, and support Sr. Broker's Assistants as needed </li><li>Assist customers (retail agencies) in handling of questions or problems </li><li>Log in quote submissions </li><li>Track submissions sent to broker markets </li><li>Track submissions sent to binding market Underwriter </li><li>Send out correspondence, such as confirmation of receipt of risk, finance letters, etc. </li><li>Issue quote letters and or binder letters as required </li><li>Set and handle suspense's for required requested items, policies, etc. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all binding market rules </li><li>Discuss problems or potential problems with company underwriters, verbally or via email </li><li>Compile all required documentation for the Policy Issuance Department for binding authority business </li><li>Compile all required documentation for SLA filings on individual risks </li><li>Send and request notice of cancellations on specific policies </li><li>Order and review inspections </li><li>Control audit endorsements, including payments, final dates for returning them to the insurance company for direct collection </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) </li><li>Previous knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Agency Management Systems </li><li>Knowledge of TIF documents </li><li>Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members </li><li>Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior and effort to achieve goals and objectives </li><li>Self-motivated and driven </li><li>Fast but accurate worker with a high attention to detail </li><li>Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines </li><li>Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance </li><li>Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills </li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy </li><li>The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information </li><li>Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of industry experience. Wholesale experience preferred. </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>P&C license required. </li></ul> <p>Pay Details:</p> <p>The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
