You enjoy untangling complexity, guiding teams through transformation, and making sure systems work the way they should when it matters most.</p> <p>Helping You Thrive By:</p> <ul> <li>Offering competitive wages and benefits, that support your life both in and out of work </li><li>Providing a flexible hybrid work schedule, meaning we expect the office to be your primary place of work, balanced with choice and control. </li><li>Creating continuous learning opportunities to help you grow and upskill. </li><li>Fostering a culture of inclusion where employees feel seen, heard and valued - and living it out every day. </li><li>Empowering you to make a meaningful impact on people and the planet through your work and Steelcase's ongoing commitment. </li></ul> <p>You'll Support Meaningful Work By:</p> <ul> <li>Serving as a primary business-facing SAP Supply Management Architect focused on deployment, cutover, and go-live readiness for Procure-to-Pay. </li><li>Rolling up your sleeves during deployment and go-live by troubleshooting defects, identifying root causes, and helping guide design decisions in fast-moving transformation moments. </li><li>Partnering with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Inventory, Logistics, and IT teams to bring end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes to life in SAP S/4HANA. </li><li>Leading and supporting functional design, lifecycle testing, and data readiness activities to ensure scenarios work as intended and data is prepared for go-live. </li><li>Facilitating workshops, contributing to functional specifications, and validating future-state processes to translate business transformation goals into SAP solutions. </li><li>Ensuring supplier and Procure-to-Pay master data is accurate and ready for go-live. </li><li>Challenging legacy customizations and guiding teams toward standard SAP S/4 capabilities that support long-term scalability and continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in supply chain and/or SAP Procure-to-Pay roles. </li><li>Experience working in a business-facing SAP functional role. </li><li>Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes. </li><li>Ability to facilitate requirements discussions and support testing cycles. </li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to work full-time in the United States. </li><li>Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
