<p>Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Treasury Analyst.</p> <p>Summary: In this role, you will support daily treasury operations, cash forecasting, debt reporting, and financial analysis across multiple business entities. You'll collaborate closely with Accounting, FP\&A, Operations, and Accounts Payable to help maintain accurate cash visibility, efficient funding processes, and reliable financial reporting. This is a great opportunity for an early career finance professional looking to grow their analytical skills and gain hands on treasury experience in a dynamic environment. This client offers salary and benefit, position is on site with flexibility when needed.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support daily cash positioning, bank activity monitoring, and routine treasury reporting </li><li>Assist with cash reconciliations and help ensure adherence to internal controls </li><li>Contribute to the rolling 13 week cash flow forecast by gathering inputs, updating schedules, and preparing variance analyses </li><li>Work with cross functional partners to validate assumptions and enhance forecast accuracy </li><li>Maintain and update internal debt schedules, including interest, maturities, and covenant metrics </li><li>Assist with lender reporting, audit support, and compliance documentation </li><li>Coordinate with Accounts Payable on payment activity and support internal fund transfers </li><li>Help ensure all disbursements follow approved workflows and financial controls </li><li>Provide administration support for employee credit card and merchant card programs </li><li>Respond to user inquiries and help ensure compliance with company expense policies* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field </li><li>0-2 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, accounting, or similar finance roles </li><li>Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, schedules, basic modeling) </li><li>Understanding of basic cash flow concepts and balance sheet relationships </li><li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines </li><li>Strong communication skills and comfort working cross functionally </li><li>Experience with cash forecasting, debt schedules, or intercompany accounting </li><li>Exposure to multi entity or shared services environments </li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems and online banking platforms </li><li>Analytical thinking and structured problem solving </li><li>Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment with sensitive financial data </li><li>Continuous improvement mindset </li></ul>
