<p>Job Description</p> <p>The Sales Delivery Lead plays a vital role in creating long term customer relationships, acting as the bridge between the client, internal and external stakeholders and our operational delivery teams. Accountable Delivery Operations or strategic complex part of a SDO within North America with a key focus on the incubation services we deliver to our client. Needs someone with Incubation work experience and deep client relationship to maintain and grow this business.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>This role will require travel at least once a quarter to client sites.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and build on key Client relationships.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and owner service quality, cost, and leadership of the people delivering service.</p> </li><li> <p>Growing the business through noiseless delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>The Delivery Program Executive is accountable for delivering service and achieving business goals of the assigned Mobilization, Technology</p> </li><li> <p>Delivery Services, Solution Development shared services, or Delivery Excellence and Innovation program or function.</p> </li><li> <p>The role holder is responsible for management and ownership of service quality, cost, and leadership of the people delivering the program or function.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the delivery strategy to meet and deliver on the value proposition to our clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Confidently and proactively support sales through solutioning, lead the execution of the solution plan Delivery excellence programs to achieve the delivery and commercial expectations of Accenture offerings.</p> </li><li> <p>Sustainable Business Performance Has accountability for and track record of successful business results.</p> </li><li> <p>Influence and Relationships Pursues and cultivates business relationships and alliances Senior middle management levels.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic Perspective Role Growing understanding of the business strategy to be able to act as an advocate and influencer of others.</p> </li><li> <p>Value creation Shares ideas relating to strategic opportunities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 7 years of sales management or operations management. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Client Engagement experience</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Talent management expertise.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with MS Office Suite including PowerPoint.</p> </li><li> <p>Well versed in creating dashboards, Google sheets and Power BI.</p> </li><li> <p>Global delivery experience</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
