<p>Job Summary and Responsibilities</p> <p>As a Med Surg Nurse you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.</p> <ul> <li>Deliver the best possible care to your set of assigned patients </li><li>Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation </li><li>Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging </li><li>Create, plan, and implement patient's care plan and adjust accordingly </li><li>Assess and coordinate the patient's discharge planning needs </li><li>Admit, treat, and discharge medical patients </li></ul> <p>We are offering a sign on bonus up to $25,000 to hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
