<p>Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated BIP Developer/Software Developer. The BIP/BMP Database Administrator/Software Developer (DBA/SD) will manage and enhance database systems supporting bridge inspection data. Responsibilities include database design, software development, performance tuning, data migration, and user support. Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. This role in fully onsite in Ashburn, VA.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the BIP Developer include:</p> <ul> <li>Install, configure, patch, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server, Access, and Oracle databases, including backup, recovery, and performance tuning. </li><li>Monitor system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning strategies to optimize database and application efficiency. </li><li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and database users; collaborate with vendors to deploy updates and maintain systems. </li><li>Migrate data and databases across platforms and integrate data from industry partners into Microsoft Access, Oracle, SQL Server, and BrM. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications for the BIP Developer include:</p> <ul> <li>Skilled in Microsoft Power BI, Visual Studio, Classic ASP, ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, HTML/XHTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Python, XML, CSS, JSON, VBA, and SharePoint. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Access, and Oracle-including installation, patching, tuning, and maintenance. </li><li>Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. </li><li>Proficient in Crystal Reports and capable of analyzing data from SDMS, PONTIS, BrM, and AssetWise to generate actionable insights and maps. </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the BIP Developer include:</p> <p>Salary Range: $90,000-95,000 (based on experience)</p> <p>Full Benefits Package includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.</p> <p>A#LI-AG2 #LI-ONSITE</p>
