<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Warehouse Shift Lead- B Shift</p> <p>Site: OHL- Leipsic, Ohio</p> <p>Shift: B Shift (Night Shift)</p> <ul> <li>Additional shift details will be provided in the interview process.* </li></ul> <p>We're looking for an individual contributor with recognized skills in a specialized role in the field of Distribution/Transportation.</p> <p>What are we looking for?</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree in a technical field of study and 2 years' experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment OR 5+ years of experience in warehousing/manufacturing with progressive levels of responsibility </li><li>Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years) </li><li>Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes </li><li>Excellent Verbal Communication </li><li>Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months) </li><li>Ability to builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives </li></ul> <p>What will be your key responsibilities?</p> <ul> <li>You'll use data management systems to access specific information as and when required. </li><li>You'll carry out a range of supplier management activities, either to support others or to fulfill the requirements of the role. </li><li>You'll deliver required outcomes by coordinating activities of subcontractors and suppliers and acting as a primary point of contact for them while working within an established contract management plan. </li><li>You'll help manage clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others. </li><li>You'll provide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area.
