<p>Overview</p> <p>Quality Analyst Automation Engineer II positions offered by Cotiviti Inc. (South Jordan, UT). Test Cotiviti's applications that are part of Cotiviti's Eliza product suite, defining and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases, ensuring that quality issues and defects are properly identified and tracked. Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test plans. Develop and maintain both automated and user-level testing tools, as well as provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate effectively with software engineers, business owners, project managers, and other internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain automated testing tools and tests. Analyze requirements, develop, and execute test cases with test results, and report software defects with detailed information. Define and track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts. Communicate directly with management and the development team regarding test objectives, requirements, and results. Propose suggestions for improvements to the current QA process.</p> <p>Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field and 8 years of experience in the position offered or 8 years of experience performing software quality assurance and automated testing in an Agile, Scrum, or SAFe development environment, including functional, integration, and regression testing. Also requires 8 years of experience utilizing automated test data generation or data obfuscation. Requires 5 years of experience utilizing MySQL and DynamoDB NoSQL. Requires 4 years of experience: utilizing DevOps toolchain, including Git, JIRA, Jenkins Pipeline, and Artifactory; developing automation with Python, C#, or Java; utilizing Test Rail or Jira X-Ray; and developing using AWS cloud technology, including SES, S3, Chime, Aurora, EC2 and DynamoDB services. Requires 2 years of experience performing Salesforce Integrations. Position reports to office in South Jordan, UT, but may telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.</p> <p>Base compensation ranges from $103,189 to $108,000. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
