The ideal candidate will bring a trauma-informed approach and collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to implement targeted interventions, provide individual and group counseling, and assist in crisis response. This role includes conducting assessments to inform programming, support behavior plans, and guide decision-making for student success. The selected professional will play a key role in fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment where all students can thrive. Putnam High School offers a strong, collaborative culture of caring educators who leverage resources to nurture and challenge our students.
