<p>We are seeking a Team Leader for our Adult Long Term Structured Residence in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia, PA.</p> <p>Earn $19.12 per hour or $21.12 per hour with the selection of enhanced pay</p> <p>Schedule: 40 hours/week; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM</p> <p>Position Details</p> <p>The Mental Health Team Lead plays a vital part in fostering a safe, structured, and recovery-oriented environment for our residents in the long-term care setting. They provide direct support and counseling to individuals, helping them navigate personal challenges and develop essential life skills. Working closely with staff and nursing personnel, they ensure that all resident needs are met while implementing and monitoring individualized treatment plans.</p> <p>Team Leads also guide clients through daily living activities such as hygiene, grooming, and room care, and accompany them on community outings and recreational activities. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, enforcing house rules, and addressing behavioral concerns in a timely and professional manner.
