<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The Human Resources Coordinator will support core human resources functions including onboarding, HR data management, records management and employee relations.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>(This is a representative list of the duties the position may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive.)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assists the Recruiting team with coordinating interviews with hiring managers</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation sessions</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality</p> </li><li> <p>Support benefits administration by promptly forwarding employee inquiries to the benefits support team.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, escalating issues appropriately</p> </li><li> <p>Other related duties as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field preferred </li><li>2+ years of Human Resources experience </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems for employee data entry </li><li>Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. </li><li>Working knowledge of HR processes, employment documentation, and basic compliance requirements </li><li>High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing needs </li></ul>
