<p>Blevins, Inc., a financially strong, privately owned wholesaler of building supplies, is searching for an experienced Warranty Clerk in our Corporate office located in Nashville, TN.</p> <p>As a Warranty Clerk, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient operations within Blevins, Inc. By accurately processing warranty claims and managing the pulling and shipping of warranty parts, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our business. Each branch location is a free-standing profit center within the multi-branch company.</p> <p>Pleasant working conditions, with bonus potential and other benefits.</p> <p>Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm</p> <p>Primary responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Assist service companies in completing claims for warranty repairs. </li><li>Verify coverage on specific equipment. </li><li>Locate part numbers to process warranty part orders. </li><li>Process claims in our system and submit to manufacturers for payment. </li><li>Track claims until completion. </li><li>Communicate with vendors, homeowners, and service contractors via phone and email. </li><li>Processing and submitting claims to the manufacturer for payment </li><li>Pull and prepare warranty parts for shipping. </li><li>Using UPS, FedEx, and LTL </li><li>Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries. </li><li>Pulling orders from shelves with accuracy and speed </li><li>Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated places. </li><li>Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control. </li><li>Operating material handling equipment safely </li><li>Working in a fast-paced, customer service driven environment </li></ul> <p>Our Employees Enjoy:</p> <ul> <li>A Competitive Pay Rate </li><li>Benefits Package: Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) Plan </li><li>Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Paid Sick Days </li><li>Ongoing Training </li><li>401(k) Bonus Potential upon annual eligibility </li><li>Productivity Bonus potential after one full year of employment </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent education. </li><li>Comfortable working half of the day at a desk and the other half in a warehouse environment. </li><li>HVAC warranty experience desired. </li><li>Three years of proven experience as a shipping clerk or in a similar role. </li><li>Ability to lift, up to, 100 pounds </li><li>Customer service skills and professional phone etiquette. </li><li>Excellent computer skills, data entry, and proficiency in operating systems, word processing, and spreadsheets. </li><li>Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and keen attention to detail. </li><li>Solid understanding of health and safety regulations. </li><li>Experience operating forklifts is a plus </li></ul> <p>EOE M/F/V/D</p>
