Reports to the site leadership team.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>The list of essential functions below is intended to be representative of the tasks</p> <p>performed within this job. Other duties may be assigned based on business need.</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the activities of the shelf stocker staff to ensure accomplishment of daily activities. </li><li>Understand contract requirements as it relates to their position. </li><li>Ensures military quality assurance standards are met via visual inspections and timely completion of required reports. </li><li>Monitor man-hours and other contract costs to assure contract requirements are met within budgeted expenditures. </li><li>Provide on-going training for staff and follow-up support in your work area. </li><li>Assist in time studies. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Minimum two years related experience of which one year needs to have had lead </li></ul> <p>responsibilities.</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to pass a background screening for access to the work areas. </li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug test. </li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. </li></ul> <p>SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Good communication skills (e.g., able to effectively respond to common inquiries or complaints; able to satisfactorily present information in oral or written formats). </li><li>Effective interpersonal abilities. Able to think-on-your-feet. </li><li>Good administrative skills; comfortable performing multiple tasks concurrently; and attentive to detail for quality performance. </li><li>Physical Requirements: Requirements will vary depending on the assigned tasks. This position does require extraordinary physical demands (e.g., lifting, push/pull, carrying, climbing, squatting, kneeling and prolonged standing). Will involve operating equipment, lifting/moving of 40 pounds. </li></ul> <p>SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Tasks are regularly performed inside without exposure to adverse environmental conditions (e.g., dirt, heat, cold, rain, fumes). </li><li>Will need to use any personal protective (safety) equipment as designated properly and consistently. </li><li>Required training provided by the company. </li><li>Some tasks may be performed independently with little supervision. </li></ul> <p>WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:</p> <p>Must be authorized to access and work on government installations.</p> <p>SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Tasks are regularly performed inside without exposure to adverse environmental </li></ul> <p>conditions (e.g., dirt, heat, cold, rain, fumes).</p> <ul> <li>Will need to use any personal protective (safety) equipment as designated </li></ul> <p>properly and consistently.</p> <ul> <li>Involves exposure to hazardous materials (i.e., cleaning solutions and bio hazards-waste.). </li><li>Required inoculations and training provided by the company. </li><li>Some tasks may be performed independently with little supervision. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Requirements will vary depending on the assigned tasks. This position does require the following: repetitive lifting, push/pull, carrying, walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and prolonged standing. Will involve lifting/moving up to 40 pounds.
