Follows through with recommendations of IDT team. Works with various vendors to meet medical equipment needs of participants. </li><li>Maintains professional code of ethics and state licensure laws. </li><li>Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistant in accordance to state licensure laws. </li><li>Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly by maintaining and practicing hospital and department policies and procedures regarding safety and infection control. </li><li>Performs as member of PACE team through joint interventions, communication, quality assurance programs and meetings. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program</p> <p>License(s)/Certification(s)</p> <p>Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.</p> <p>Valid auto insurance</p> <p>Licensed by the state of Iowa</p> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</p> <p>Machines: Modalities</p> <p>Administrative: Examination and Evaluation, Interventions</p> <p>Ability to perform job tasks within an interdisciplinary team environment.</p>
