<p>Inside Sales Manager</p> <p>Company: Allfast Fastening Systems, LLC</p> <p>Primary Location: 15200 Don Julian Road, City of Industry, CA 91745 USA</p> <p>Employment Type: Salaried | Full-Time</p> <p>Function: Sales</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled</p> <p>Main Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Inside Sales Manager oversees the company's Inside Sales department with direct responsibility for the development and implementation of business relationships with customers. This position plans, directs, and supports all inside sales strategies, functions, policies, objectives and initiatives.</p> <p>Anticipates and reacts quickly to trends and changes in performance. Manages, develops, and mentors the inside sales team. Directly manages inside sales and customer service representatives. Participates in corporate succession planning activities, writes and delivers employee reviews, keeps close tabs on employee morale and creates a positive working environment.</p> <p>Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Competencies:</p> <p>Analyzes marketing trends, sales history, demographic information and related databases to establish pricing and prepare proposals.</p> <p>Collects and analyzes data on the market position of competitors.</p> <p>Assists with sales negotiations, attends sales presentations and helps close sales deals. Directly manages very large, high profile customer accounts, as appropriate.</p> <p>Ensures inside sales employees are equipped with the product, system and selling-skills training, that they require being successful.</p> <p>Continually improves the effectiveness of the inside sales organization and enhances productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.</p> <p>Develop and coordinate inside sales selling cycle and methodology.</p> <p>Establish and implement short-and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.</p> <p>Promote positive relations with partners and distributors.</p> <p>Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop strategies for future business plan for the company</p> <p>Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and persuasion skills.</p> <p>Work using both ERP and CRM systems as well as customer portal.</p> <p>Manages the standardized price list.</p> <p>Helps to resolve customer conflicts and manages the process of providing status to customers for orders.</p> <p>Works with assigned outside sales team and supports the management team as requested.</p> <p>The pay scale for this position ranges from $100,000- $130,000 annually.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred. Must have seven to ten years of experience in a sales leadership role with at least 4 years in selling. Must have experience in new business development activities, including customer interaction, acquisition and procurement processes, competitive assessment and Fasteners</p> <p>Must have Fasteners experience.</p> <p>Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.</p> <p>Able to travel 5% of the time.</p>
