Sub projects - moderate level of complexity. Decisions/solutions can essentially enhance existing systems & processes. Strong competence with various job-relevant tools & processes. Builds collaborative work relationships with similar functions across SAP; Communicates clearly, in a way that others can understand within defined processes & policies. Advocating for the end user by having a deep understanding of end user needs, behaviors & usage patterns. Promoting the role of User Experience, thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies & practices and ability to integrate those into current and future development efforts.</p> <p>Education and Occupational Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.</p> <p>Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:</p> <p>Experience must involve three (3) years in the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Project planning;</p> </li><li> <p>Managing Internal Stakeholders through project communication and collaboration;</p> </li><li> <p>Microsoft Office Suite; and</p> </li><li> <p>Scope Management.</p> </li></ul> <p>Position also requires one (1) year of experience in each of the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Project quality management, project closing, and project monitoring & Controlling;</p> </li><li> <p>Agile methodology and processes (knowledgeable);</p> </li><li> <p>ServiceNow Tool (knowledgeable);</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Scrum methodology; and</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in ITIL practices and framework.</p> </li></ul> <p>License / Certification:</p> <ul> <li> <p>ITIL Certificate in IT Service Management; and</p> </li><li> <p>Professional Scrum Master Certified.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel: N/A</p> <p>This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the</p>
