<p>Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a swing shift Welder/Fabricator position for a shop located in NW Portland. The person in this position will run fluxcore, some TIG, and will fabricate pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other products from prints.</p> <p>PAY: $30-$35/hr</p> <p>Welder/Fabricator Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Welding TIG process on carbon & stainless steel.</p> </li><li> <p>Welding fluxcore process on carbon & stainless steel.</p> </li><li> <p>Read blueprints.</p> </li><li> <p>Do layout and set up.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate standard fabrication shop equipment.</p> </li></ul> <p>Welder/Fabricator Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Able to pass a 2G plate weld test in Fluxcore.</p> </li><li> <p>Have your own welding hood, steel toe boots & basic welding tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Have reliable transportation</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent history of a solid work ethic and attendance</p> </li><li> <p>Pass a pre-employment drug screen(including THC)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability work a 3:30PM-1AM swing shift schedule</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>$30.00-$35.00/hour</p> </li><li> <p>Medical Insurance</p> </li><li> <p>Paid Sick Leave</p> </li><li> <p>401K w/match</p> </li></ul>
