It also includes coordinating with vendors, conducting sensory evaluations, and supporting the setup of a Product Lifecycle Management system.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate and assist in new product development/brainstorm and aid in the creation of new personal care and household products</p> </li><li> <p>Request ingredient documents and quantitative formulas from suppliers for existing and new formulas</p> </li><li> <p>Create new master formulas and review ingredient listings for the current and new products</p> </li><li> <p>Organize, archive, and review ingredient and oil documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Meet with ingredient vendors and contract manufacturers to explore new ingredients, formulation technologies, and market trends</p> </li><li> <p>Provide technical support and advice to address formulation and stability challenges</p> </li><li> <p>Set and review specifications for personal care and household products</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with in-house production of personal care and household products as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with the setup of a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain training in GMPs, GLPs, and Organoleptic Evaluation</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct sensory evaluation of doTERRA products</p> </li><li> <p>Submit doTERRA products and raw materials for physical, chemical, and safety testing</p> </li><li> <p>Carry out laboratory experiments and batching, as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a record of laboratory inventory</p> </li><li> <p>Manage technical documentation for doTERRA personal care and household products in collaboration with R&D, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory, and Product Marketing teams</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and improve systems and SOPs for managing complex records and data</p> </li><li> <p>Review doTERRA product information pages and labels for accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other responsibilities as directed</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in chemistry, food science, nutrition, biology, or related field required</p> </li><li> <p>At least 2-4 years of related job experience required, including lab work, formulation, and documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to learn new software/programs</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain a laboratory notebook</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate and write effectively</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills</p> </li><li> <p>Must pay attention to detail and have excellent organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical skills</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision in identifying tasks that need to be completed</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects concurrently and meet deadlines</p> </li></ul> <p>doTERRA International, LLC. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
