The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design principles and a proven track record of delivering high-quality graphic content. As a Graphic Designer at Packsize, you will work closely with our marketing, product, HR, and development teams to create visually engaging materials that align with our brand identity and goals.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts for various projects, including marketing collateral, digital content, advertisements, web content, tradeshow displays, and more.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create and refine graphics, layouts, and visual elements.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design work.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Qualifications (Preferred):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>The salary range for this role is $70K USD - $80K USD; however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.</p> <p>If this role excites you but you dont meet each requirement listed, we encourage you to apply anyway.
