<p>Overview</p> <ul> <li>This position primarily supports our long term care center. </li><li>Our compassionate staff focuses on providing short term-rehabilitation services to get you back to the life you love. After a hospitalization or illness, we treat patients who may need extra assistance during their recovery period. From there, we help to ease the transition from the hospital to the comfort of their own home or other living arrangement. Health problems like stroke, congestive heart failure, lung disease, joint replacements and hip fractures can affect the entire body. Recovering from these problems requires a whole-person approach from Mercyhealth's qualified staff.
