<p>BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA), ESY ALL PROGRAMS</p> <p>POSITION OVERVIEW</p> <p>BCBAs will collaborate with school IEP teams to determine students' needs and to address generalization of skills across settings. BCBAs will also provide consultation to teachers and/or families as dictated in each student's IEP. Additionally, BCBAs will create behavior plans and ensure all staff implementing the plans are trained and supported.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Providing supervision and consultation to home-based ABA paraprofessionals </li><li>Developing and supervising home-based programming </li><li>Providing training and consultation to parents and guardians </li><li>Collaborating with school IEP teams to determine students' needs and to address generalization of skills across settings, conducting behavioral observations and FBAs when appropriate </li><li>Developing behavior support plans and ensure all staff members are appropriately trained </li><li>Consulting to one or more schools in Brookline in regard to students' behavioral needs </li><li>Developing data collection materials and analyze said data </li><li>Providing consultation and professional development to staff regarding best practices to promote positive behavior </li><li>Safety Care trained and/or willingness to be trained </li><li>Adapt as needed to changes in student and/or team response, available treatment locations, and educational activities </li><li>Current authorization to work in the United States by the first day of employment </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS-PREFERRED</p> <ul> <li>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required </li><li>Massachusetts - Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) license required </li></ul> <p>SCHEDULE</p> <ul> <li>July 7, 2025 - August 14, 2025 </li><li>9:00 - 2:00, Monday - Thursday; Hours, sites, ages and schedule are dependent on caseload </li><li>Additional 2 days of training prior to start of program </li><li>Additional 30 minutes per day for planning </li></ul> <p>Contact information-ESY Coordinators</p> <ul> <li>All employees must be vaccinated and maintain full vaccination as a condition </li></ul> <p>of employment or work as an on-site vendor/contractor, unless they receive approval for a documented medical or religious exemption in accordance with relevant state and/or federal law.
