This position supports Messer projects at the project site with the primary responsibility of assisting the site Project Manager and Project Engineer in the management and administration of the project.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Site and building layout </li><li>Document control </li><li>Quality control </li><li>Field production analysis </li><li>Project controls input (scheduling, cost reporting, PM solutions) </li><li>Subcontractor and work force coordination </li><li>Shop drawing/submittal control </li><li>Material and equipment expediting </li><li>Subcontractor/supplier solicitation </li><li>Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) </li><li>Experience with using an iPad </li></ul> <p>What You Will Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Pursuing a Bachelor's degree required. Civil Engineering or Construction Management with a focus on construction processes/industry/delivery methods preferred. </li><li>Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees </li><li>Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks </li></ul> <p>Messer Construction Co. does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
