Due to the high demand for services, we are currently looking for an exceptional Sales Value Stream Manager to join our growing team at our Spanish Fork, UT location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, proven sales leadership skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. This role involves overseeing the sales process, developing strategies to meet revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our residential clients.</p> <p>Why work for Triple-T Plumbing?</p> <ul> <li>Great Growth Opportunities & a fantastic work culture </li><li>Medical (three affordable medical plans to choose from), Dental and Vision Insurance </li><li>Company paid Life Insurance and Employee Assistance Program for yourself, spouse, and children. </li><li>Company paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability </li><li>Optional Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Supplemental Medical insurance, Pet Insurance, and ID & Legal Shield </li><li>401k with company match </li><li>Professional and Personal Development, Including Continued Education Assistance </li><li>Paid time off & 9 Paid Holidays </li><li>Compensation based on experience and certifications </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Sales Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting performance goals, providing training, and conducting regular performance evaluations. </li><li>Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed company revenue targets for residential HVAC services and equipment. </li><li>Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. </li><li>Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. </li><li>Proposal Development: Oversee the creation of accurate and competitive proposals, quotes, and contracts for HVAC installations, maintenance plans, and service agreements. </li><li>Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, revenue performance, and team productivity, to senior management. </li><li>Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. </li><li>Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today. </li><li>Valid driver's license and insurable driving record </li><li>Must be able to pass drug screen and background check </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. </li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. </li><li>Certifications: HVAC-related certifications (e.g., NATE, EPA 608) are a plus. </li></ul>
