<p>Innophos is seeking a proactive EHS Manager to lead and manage all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at our Nashville, TN site. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, drives a culture of safety, and serves as the site's Environmental and Safety Subject Matter Expert.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead site-wide health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations. </li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and training programs. </li><li>Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for incidents, injuries, and near misses. </li><li>Manage site environmental permits and ensure timely reporting of regulatory compliance requirements. </li><li>Oversee the site HAZCOM program, including SDS management and chemical inventories. </li><li>Partner with management on Workers Compensation, insurance claims, and corrective actions. </li><li>Drive PSM practices and support continuous improvement initiatives in safety and environmental performance. </li><li>Lead EHS training sessions, safety meetings, and employee engagement programs to foster a culture of safety and compliance. </li><li>Manage and maintain EHS Information Management System to ensure all data is entered, tracked, completed, and that reports are generated as required. </li></ul> <p>Required Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Environment, Health and Safety, Engineering, or other technical discipline. </li><li>10 or more years' experience in a health and safety role at a manufacturing location, preferably in the chemical or food industry. </li><li>Experience with Air, Water, Waste permits and supporting actions. </li></ul> <p>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Professional training and/or certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), 40 Hour HAZWOPER, etc. </li><li>Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state/local environmental regulations. </li><li>Proven experience managing EHS programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment. </li><li>Experience conducting RCA investigations and implementing corrective/preventive actions. </li><li>Ability to be effective in a team-based environment. </li><li>Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization. </li><li>Ability to remain poised and respond correctly during incident response. </li><li>Exceptional people skills with the ability to develop relationships and focus on collaborative problem solving. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental and Vision benefits which start the 1st of the month after hire </li><li>Annual incentive bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance </li><li>Tax advantaged health savings and spending accounts </li><li>401k eligibility with company match and annual discretionary contribution </li><li>Time off: vacation, holidays/floating holidays, personal and sick days </li><li>Company provided Life and Disability Insurance </li><li>Paid Parental Leave </li><li>Fitness Membership Reimbursement Program </li><li>Educational assistance program The benefits set forth in this posting reflect Innophos' current benefits for similarly situated employees, are subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of the applicable program policies and may be modified or discontinued by Innophos in the future (subject to applicable law). </li></ul> <p>About Innophos</p> <p>Innophos is a leading international producer of specialty ingredient solutions that deliver far-reaching, versatile benefits for the food, health, nutrition and industrial markets.
