Bring your passion and determination and get ready for some fun!</p> <p>Payroll & Benefits Administrator</p> <p>Role Mission</p> <p>The Payroll & Benefits Administrator is responsible for the precise, transactional execution of full-cycle payroll and the daily administration of Drexel's benefits programs. You ensure that every Drexel Team Member is paid accurately and on time, while acting as the primary point of contact for frontline support regarding pay & timekeeping issues, benefits questions and enrollment, and claims guidance.</p> <p>Your Direct Impact (Drexel Commitments)</p> <ul> <li>Unwavering Integrity: You maintain unwavering standards of confidentiality and ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with payroll taxes and federal and WI labor laws. </li><li>Supportive Teamwork: You directly support your colleagues by acting as a responsive, helpful guide when they are navigating personal benefits situations or complex pay questions. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)</p> <ul> <li>Payroll Processing: Process bi-weekly payroll across all operational jurisdictions, encompassing salary, hourly, overtime, and bonuses for Team Members. Manage wage garnishments, child support, and tax withholdings in strict compliance with federal, state, and local laws. </li><li>Timekeeping Oversight: Review and monitor all timekeeping records, ensuring accurate hours are recorded and resolving any timesheet discrepancies directly with managers and team members.. </li><li>Benefits Operations: Manage all benefits enrollment processes, including processing daily updates, new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and the annual Open Enrollment process. Serve as the primary point of contact for all team member benefits inquiries, assisting with plan education and resolving claim issues. </li><li>Benefits Support: Oversee and track all PTO and vacation accruals, Serve as the program manager for unique company offerings (Scholarship Program, wellness stipend, and other fringe benefits), driving team member awareness and engagement. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring (Competencies & Qualifications)</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing and benefits administration. </li><li>Strong knowledge of FLSA and WI payroll tax laws, and timekeeping system management (e.g., Paylocity, UKG, ADP). </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. </li><li>Strict Confidentiality - Maintaining a high level of integrity and professional maturity with the handling of sensitive and confidential team member information. </li><li>Demonstrated commitment to internal customer service and excellent communication skills. </li><li>Superior time management and problem solving skills. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and direct hands-on experience. </li></ul> <p>Don't have all of these qualifications?
