Overseeing this full-service property, you will provide strategic leadership across rooms, food & beverage, sales, and operations while ensuring consistent execution of Hilton brand standards. You will foster strong relationships with ownership, university and community partners, and key stakeholders while developing an engaged, service-driven team. Its location near the waterfront and major city attractions enhances its appeal across multiple travel segments.</p> <p>The property operates with a strong focus on financial performance, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction, supported by a collaborative, results-driven team culture aligned with Hilton brand standards.</p> <p>For more information on this property, please click HERE.</p> <p>What are we looking for?</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience managing a property with $10 Million revenue and 200+ rooms </li><li>Minimum two years' Hotel Manager or five years Executive Member experience at a at a similar-sized or larger hotel </li><li>Proven experience in hotel operations, with a strong focus on rooms management </li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive organizational culture </li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team to drive business growth </li><li>Experience managing owner relations and fostering positive partnerships </li><li>Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Hilton brand expertise </li><li>Local market </li></ul>
