You will communicate with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and team members as needed ensuring timely clinical interventions and follow-up. You will lead and provide direction to Caregivers and Medication Technicians where applicable. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy. They excel in a fast-paced, physically active position, collaborate effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age.</p> <p>YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Follow up on physicians orders, coordinate services with ancillary providers and report to physicians and families any changes of condition or other pertinent clinical care information</p> </li><li> <p>Provide medication administration to an assigned group of residents according to physicians orders and report any adverse reactions or clinical observations documenting as necessary</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure resident care and service plans are followed by overseeing tasks of Medication Technicians and care providers</p> </li><li> <p>Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict in a positive and constructive manner</p> </li><li> <p>Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports</p> </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Active LVN or LPN license in the State in which this community is located</p> </li><li> <p>CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum one year of medication administration experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Prior supervisory experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English</p> </li><li> <p>Intermediate computer and mobile device skills</p> </li><li> <p>Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude</p> </li><li> <p>Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community</p> </li></ul> <p>Please note that the above Responsibilities and Qualifications provide a general overview of the primary duties for this role and the basic qualifications.
