<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Dunklin R-5 School District is seeking a talented and dedicated ECSE Diagnostician to join the Dunklin R-5 special education team for the 2025-2026 school year. The Dunklin R-5 School District is a short distance from the St. Louis area (less than 30 minutes) and is located right off the Highway 55 exit.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree and any Special Education certificate </li><li>Strong knowledge of the special education eligibility process </li><li>Experience administering assessments </li><li>Knowledge of state standards, state and federal regulations, and laws </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills </li><li>Proven problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Select and appropriately administer varied individual tests based on individual needs in compliance with State and Federal regulations. </li><li>Participate and facilitate in all aspects of the special education eligibility process. </li><li>Serve as an individual to interpret assessment information for eligibility determination and instructional implications clearly and concisely. </li><li>Maintain assessment materials so they are secure yet accessible to certified staff. </li><li>Maintain an organizational system to fulfill job responsibilities at multiple locations. </li><li>Interpret special education eligibility criteria, individual psychological and educational test data, and evaluation reports to staff and parents. </li><li>Supervise students at all times. </li><li>Any other duties as assigned by the director of special education. </li></ul> <p>Starting Date: 8-14-2025</p> <p>Salary Range: Commensurate with education and experience (minimum salary with a master's degree 24-25 salary schedule is Step 1 $46,000.00)</p> <p>Benefits: Board-paid health options, Life, and Dental Insurance.
