<p>Seeking For RF Design team leader engineer with 10+ years' experience in both Wireless (RF/Cellular) Engineering and Software development with a focus on bridging the two disciplines to come up with creative solutions for a large telecommunications company building out a cellular network.</p> <p>Wireless Design Experience</p> <ul> <li>Exposure to Atoll, Planet, Overture, iBwave, Ekahau or similar desktop design tools </li><li>Understanding of 5G and LTE network architecture and KPIs </li><li>Experience in Macro, Small Cell, and In-Building design </li><li>Familiarity with drive/walk testing and post-processing data </li><li>Familiarity with crowdsourced data </li><li>Experience in propagation model tuning </li><li>Knowledge of RF Network Design Process and Stages - Initial, Interim, and Final market designs </li><li>Work with Deployment team to make adjustments to design </li><li>Creation of RFDS' for each Market </li><li>MOP for each RF Planning process </li><li>Create the initial Cell Neighbor list </li><li>Work with outside services vendors </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Software Experience</p> <ul> <li>Solid programming background and ability to adapt and learn new methods and languages in an ever-changing technical landscape </li><li>Python, SQL </li><li>Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or other dashboarding/analytical tools </li><li>Experience in GIS systems: Postgres/PostGIS, QGIS </li><li>Database / Big Data: AWS Products (Redshift, Athena) or similar </li><li>Excel / Power Query </li></ul> <p>Professional Experience</p> <ul> <li>Superb communication skills </li><li>Ability to extract scoping/feature requirements from non-technical teams </li><li>Analytical ability to sift through data and extract actionable next steps </li><li>Confidence to invent new efficient processes </li></ul>
