This role offers an exciting opportunity to nurture and inspire our youngest learners in a warm and supportive environment.</p> <p>The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM. (More hours available if desired.)</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist lead teacher in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants. </li><li>Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants. </li><li>Support daily activities, including feeding, diapering, and playtime. </li><li>Observe and document children's development and behavior. </li><li>Build strong relationships with children and their families. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. </li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care and education. </li><li>Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or early childhood education degree preferred. </li><li>Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is a plus. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Passion for early childhood education and child development. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. </li><li>Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred. </li><li>Background check and health screenings required. </li><li>Positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor. </li></ul> <p>About Us:</p> <p>Primrose School of Naperville Crossings has been providing high-quality early childhood education for over a decade.
