<p>Kforce is seeking an entry-level Talent Acquisition Associate for our client in Englewood, CO!</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Talent Acquisition Associate will work with assigned locations in a high-volume environment where you will review applications of employment, contact qualified candidates to complete required questionnaires, and conduct virtual interviews </li><li>Make hiring decisions for entry level candidates </li><li>Virtual phone screens with non-entry level candidates to send forward to hiring managers </li><li>Schedule on-site and virtual interviews </li><li>Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned locations to drive the types of applicants who turn into hires </li><li>As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support recruiting related projects with the business </li><li>Maintain a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting </li><li>Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency </li><li>Reporting and projects as assigned* Professional interpersonal skills </li><li>Time management </li><li>Problem solving </li><li>Critical decision making </li><li>Fluent with office software </li><li>Ability to influence and detail orientation </li><li>Ability to learn to quickly navigate iCIMS applicant tracking system with training provided </li><li>Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment </li><li>Ability to work in an office-based team environment </li></ul>
