Relocation assistance provided dependent upon candidates current location</p> <p>Bilingual English/Spanish Required</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Operations Manager is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of our healthcare facilities accounts. An Operations Manager must ensure he/she follows company mission statement and values.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a high standard of excellence </li><li>Schedule - Flexible schedule - some days and some evening shifts </li><li>Responsible for hiring and training all personnel </li><li>Oversee operations of accounts, i.e. quality control, labor pool, and managing employees to ensure they are following contractual obligations </li><li>Responsible for overseeing and managing time sheet input, supply management, inventory and distribution of payroll as required assessment for assigned accounts </li><li>Responsible for HR duties, including application distribution, hiring compliance, injury reporting </li><li>Maintaining/managing budgets for each building i.e., providing labor reports and any other pertinent data as it relates to payroll </li><li>Orders necessary supplies and tools for each jobsite i.e. inventories, start up, miscellaneous supplies/equipment </li><li>Assist Management in generating/completing additional out of scope services </li><li>Conduct building inspection after normal business hours </li><li>Responsible for ensuring completion of floor care and/or assisting floor technicians in completion of contractual obligations </li></ul> <p>Experience and Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree in a field directly related to the position or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>Janitorial/Healthcare Facilities management is a plus </li><li>A passion for cleanliness </li><li>Strong work ethic </li><li>Ability to learn and change behavior </li><li>Work irregular hours. </li><li>Drives Results - Consistently achieves results </li><li>Bilingual - Spanish </li></ul> <p>MasterCorp Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
