<p>The Marketplace Intern is responsible for the marketing and merchandising of the online marketplaces in which Silver Star Brands participates. Responsibilities will focus on the continual optimization, growth, and new opportunities presented by marketplaces.</p> <p>Major Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and enhance product data and storefronts as needed including categorization, keywords, copy, attributes, features, images and sorting of product. </li><li>Audit and aid in title, image and error ticketing via Markpetplace portals </li><li>Add A+ content to listings integrating relevant keywords, improved images and product comparison charts when applicable </li><li>Research and re-price products as necessary in order to compete with our competitors on the marketplaces while following any MAP pricing guidelines. </li><li>Use marketing tools within the marketplace dashboards to create variations. </li><li>Audit both Silver Star Brands products and storefronts for quality as well as removing retired skus as needed. </li><li>Audit and maintain compliance requirements including proposition 65, children's and UL safety </li><li>Handle new product launch including error auditing and personalized items set up. </li><li>Coordinate with/work as a liaison with creative services, fulfillment center, personalization department team members, customer relations, and merchants to: publish items, track and manage orders, troubleshoot issues, review reporting/results, and create training documentation. </li><li>Research social media best practices, and execute them on Silver Star Brands social media platforms as appropriate. Experiment with creative social media approaches. </li></ul> <p>The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements of the performance of this job. Full time available during semester breaks </li><li>Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint </li><li>Understanding of online shopping experience and competitive environment </li><li>Active social media user with passion for creative engaging content </li><li>Detail-oriented and analytical, with a focus on data-driven decisions </li><li>Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once </li><li>Curious, with a passion for research and trends; can easily turn a concept into compelling content </li><li>Collaborative and communicative team player </li></ul>
