<p>Job Description</p> <p>Green Rabbit, recently acquired by Performance Food Group and working under their Vistar Retail Segment, is a cold storage facility looking for an OVERNIGHT Warehouse Supervisor! Ensures efficient and accurate warehouse operations while maintaining a safe work environment. Functions as a team member within the department and organization as required and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise warehouse and administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, establishing job standards, and evaluating performance. </li><li>Lead and manage associates with confidence and accountability, fostering a productive overnight team. </li><li>Monitor and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure orders are fulfilled and trucks are dispatched on time, maintaining customer satisfaction and operational reliability. </li><li>Work autonomously, making quick decisions and adjusting plans as needed to maintain efficiency and service quality. </li><li>Manage wave planning and execution to ensure optimal workflow throughout the shift. </li><li>Ensure timely, accurate, and complete order pulling; verify that all orders are loaded in sequence and in full, and that all paperwork is properly completed. </li><li>Oversee product receiving and stocking, ensuring proper rotation and adherence to first-in/first-out procedures. </li><li>Promote strong service quality through personal example and clear communication of expectations to associates. </li><li>Coordinate pick planning with the Warehouse Manager. </li><li>Utilize the Company's Warehouse Management System and available technologies to plan daily volume, maximize productivity, and analyze performance data. </li><li>Maintain warehouse security, including locking the facility and setting alarms after the night shift. </li><li>Ensure safe operation of all material handling equipment and compliance with Company health and safety programs. </li><li>Promote a culture of safety by reinforcing guidelines during daily team meetings and ongoing observations. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.</p> <p>2 -4 years of warehouse or related experience.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Associates/2-year technical degree in business management, logistics or related area.</p> <p>4 - 6 years of warehouse experience within foodservice industry.</p> <p>Supervisory experience.</p> <p>OSHA Forklift operator certificate.</p>
