What sets us apart is our expertise, experience and commitment.</p> <p>Each day we dedicate ourselves to treating each other, our customers and our community with care and respect.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Responsible for working closely with employees, managers and other departments to support engagement, development, retention, recruitment, compliance and compensation.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Provides day to day support to managers on employee development and growth, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. </li><li>Executes TDW HR programs to serve the business with excellence. Programs may include merit, talent review, onboarding, employee engagement and wellbeing. </li><li>Partner with and coach business leaders to ensure employees are meeting company goals and objectives and that accomplishments are celebrated. </li><li>Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. </li><li>Collaborates with total rewards, legal, finance, and other teams frequently to drive continuous improvement and solve problems. </li><li>Provides leadership to administrative professionals meeting site and HR function objectives in a timely and accurate manner. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business related area of study, human resources preferred. </li><li>Minimum of five (5) years of HR field experience including employee or labor relations. </li><li>Previous experience in a manufacturing or services environment preferred. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Advanced knowledge of US labor laws and employment practices. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships across various functions, cultures and teams to positively influence leaders and employees. </li><li>Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Spanish and/or ASL is a plus. </li></ul>
