<p>The HR & Talent Acquisition, Industrial Intern will be immersed in the operations and recruitment functions of our HR Industrial division. During the internship, you will be exposed to full-cycle recruitment activities, including verifying specifications of job descriptions, screening and short-listing candidates, interviewing and evaluation for offers in partnership with hiring managers and HRBPs. You will learn from Human Resource leaders, Recruiters, and cross-functional partners as you participate in various projects throughout your internship.</p> <p>This position is a hybrid role that is based out of our New York City office. The rate for this position is $25 per hour.</p> <p>Key Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Gain an understanding of Tiffany & Co.'s Industrial HR practices and hiring process. </li><li>Collaborate and develop strong relationships with internal management to understand their roles, department structures, business goals, and position requirements for proactive candidate sourcing. </li><li>Partner with HRBPs on specific staffing strategies for hard-to-fill positions. </li><li>Update records in internal tracking/databases and provide hiring managers and HR leaders with proactive updates. </li><li>Support Industrial HR programs and departmental initiatives by contributing to key projects, including HR forms, organizational chart updates, presentation development, engagement activities and ad hoc tasks aligned with department priorities and workload. </li><li>Demonstrate safety leadership by adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures. Recognize and positively reinforce good safety behaviors while delivering immediate, specific and constructive feedback to employees who demonstrate unsafe work behavior. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program </li><li>Strong interest in Human Resources </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Outstanding interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to build and maintain relationships </li><li>Demonstrates attention to detail </li><li>Curiosity and eagerness to learn </li><li>Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul>
