<p>About the Opportunity</p> <p>We're seeking a leader who can bring clarity, structure, and insight into the way leasing data is used across Kilroy.</p> <p>This is a rare opportunity to build and own a high-impact capability from the ground up. You'll drive how we define success, identify opportunities, and support leadership with insights that shape the future of our portfolio. If you're equal parts business partner, analyst, and data steward-and you love connecting the dots between numbers and decisions, this role is for you.</p> <p>Role Summary</p> <p>The Director, Leasing Analytics & Insights will be responsible for defining and delivering leasing trends, insights, and reporting within the portfolio that support Kilroy's leasing operations. You'll serve as the business-side owner of leasing data-personally building and maintaining dashboards and analyses, while also driving cross-functional alignment on data definitions, quality, and process. The focus will be on generating real time data to support leasing strategy-especially around pipeline activity, deal velocity, and leasing trends-that directly support business execution and strategic planning. You'll also be a key contributor to data governance, AI-readiness, and broader enterprise data initiatives.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Own Kilroy's leasing analytics landscape-define KPIs(?), build performance dashboards, and establish consistent procedures across the organization. </li><li>Own and manage Kilroy's VTS Platform. </li><li>Personally lead in-depth analysis and dashboard development-using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and other related tools to uncover trends, identify risks, and deliver actionable insights that support data-driven decisions in conjunction with SVP, Head of Research and Analytics </li><li>Guide the creation of executive-level reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. </li><li>Work closely with FP&A to ensure accuracy of data between leasing and FP&A </li><li>Support Board-level reporting and investor communications with accurate and timely analytics. </li><li>Champion process improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. </li><li>Oversee and own the Company's online deal platform from day-to-day updates to administration tasks. </li></ul> <p>o Managing access of Company employees and broker permissions.</p> <p>o Training new employees and/or brokers in best practices.</p> <p>o Responsible for ensuring the Company's leasing database is accurate and up to date.</p> <p>o Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc leasing reports, summaries, and analytics from leasing database and leverage Excel or other platforms as needed.</p> <p>o Creating and preparing additional leasing analytics requested by Senior Management for Board meetings, investor conferences, and quarterly Earnings Calls.</p> <ul> <li>Partner with IT and Enterprise Data teams to improve system data quality and ensure consistent reporting across leasing, property, FP&A, and investment teams. </li><li>Support AI and automation. </li><li>Communicate findings clearly and credibly to business leaders, helping to connect data insights to operational and financial outcomes. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree required. </li><li>Experience with VTS or other lease database platforms is required. </li><li>At least 5-7 years of experience in real estate brokerage leasing analytics, FP&A, accounting, real estate strategy, or business operations-ideally in a commercial real estate, REIT, or asset-heavy environment. </li><li>Must be self-directed, analytical, adaptable, motivated, resourceful, and logical in problem solving. </li><li>Structured and meticulous in your approach; detail-oriented mindset to how data is managed and interpreted. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a clear communicator and trusted partner, known for delivering thoughtful, actionable insights to cross-functional leaders. </li><li>Deep familiarity with leasing performance dynamics, including pipeline metrics, deal velocity, and space </li></ul> <p>3 of 3</p> <p>absorption trends. • Technically proficient and self-sufficient-advanced in Power BI, Excel, and SQL, with the ability to independently build and refine dashboards, models, and data queries.</p> <ul> <li>Comfortable navigating leasing and property systems; fluent in tracing data across platforms and functions. </li></ul> <p>What we offer At Kilroy, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within the role. The base pay range for this role is between$180,000 and $240,000 and your base pay will depend on your skills, experience and training, knowledge, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
