Moving is stressful - join our team and let's take the stress out of our customer's day.</p> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>PTO and Holidays - available after 1 year of employment </li><li>Full-time schedule </li><li>Weekly checks with direct deposit </li><li>Dynamic work environment </li><li>Career advancement opportunities </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in our services </li><li>Ask open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and expectations </li><li>Input information into software to estimate cost for customers, as well as scheduling needs for drivers and movers </li><li>Make recommendations according to customer's needs on moving services, boxes, supplies, equipment and other value-added services </li><li>Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and proactively resolve any complaints </li><li>Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents on a daily basis </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED is required; associates degree in related field preferred </li><li>6 months - 1 year of customer service and/or office experience is required </li><li>Availability for some weekend and evening shifts required </li><li>Availability to report to multiple office locations in the Greater Toledo area </li><li>Excellent customer service skills; effective listening and communication </li><li>Organization + time management skills </li><li>Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively; consistent attention to detail </li><li>Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques </li><li>Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale </li><li>Basic computer and keyboarding skills </li></ul> <p>This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in Toledo, Ohio.
